We would like to introduce ourselves to you.  We are Rodney & Diane, Alex & Richard; mum and dad, daughter and son-in-law and the owners of Villa Quina and Villa Susana

Our villas are very much our family homes when we are in Portugal and they are not ‘just’ rental properties.  We hope that you enjoy them as much as we do, and we enjoy sharing with you all they have to offer. Because Villas Quina and Susana are also our family homes in Portugal, they mean so much more to us than just a business or investment opportunity, which is why you will always receive our fullest attention and why we try to ensure that your stay with us is the best we can offer.  In return all we ask of you as our guests is to enjoy them, and to look after them for us in the way you would your own home.

We bought Villa Quina, near Poco Barreto, in 2013 and have been welcoming visitors to stay ever since.  Villa Susana has been owned by us since 2016, and is situated near Sao Bartolomeu de Messines.  We have so far been fortunate to welcome guests from Canada, USA, France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Australia, The Netherlands and the UK

Alex deals with bookings and client care, and Richard deals with overseeing maintenance and repairs, we are very much a family business and it is our aim to offer our clients the best experience of a private villa rental with the highest standards of customer service.

We are very fortunate to have our brilliant day to day team on the ground.  Each Villa has a house keeper who will visit during your stay to change linen, towels and undertake a general clean; and Alex & Richard are on call for any information and help.  We also have a pool maintenance company and gardener who both visit once a week to keep the Villa gardens and pools in the best condition for your stay.  Neither will disturb you and they may come and go without you knowing; neither have any need to enter the Villas.

Our Team are the reason that the Villas are always presented in the best possible way for your stay!

Portugal is a beautiful country, and the Algarve has so much to offer.  We recommend you get out and about and experience all it has to offer, from stunning beaches to fantastic restaurants, historical sites to water parks, here there is truly something for all ages and interests.
